The Confident Coach Experience is designed to facilitate deep learning through five core elements: personalised insights, bite-sized content, masterclasses with peers, inspiration from positive role models, and real practice through a coaching challenge. These build a manager’s coaching skills and their confidence so that they can apply those all-important nudges in the moments that matter.

Over three months, managers commit at least 10 hours of their time. Since practice is key, 70% of the time is devoted to practice.
