I came across Manageable through a returners program I participated in. Since I took some time off work to raise my family, I found it immensely disappointing the process of getting back to my career. At times, I felt lonely and misunderstood in trying to overcome challenges.

When I started my coaching experience, I was wisely matched to someone who showed understanding and flexibility in my journey.

During our sessions, I felt confident to draw my future professional path through useful exercises and I did have time to reflect on decisions I could have taken differently. She helped me to see that my skills can be used in many other fields outside of journalism, for example. And most of all, she showed me the importance of matching my values system to the organisations I will collaborate in the future.

Overall, my experience was very positive and I wished other people could explore coaching too. You grow to understand yourself and your colleagues. In my opinion, this is the key for the success of any business.
